Sandy interviews Matt Rooyakkers, VP Business development at Nyce Technology, a company headquartered in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada that designs, manufactures and supplies plastic optical fiber (POF) networking solutions. They discussed newly-designed end products for the home which convert from existing technologies like Ethernet or Wi-Fi to POF, and switches that cross connect between POF and Ethernet to connect the end devices.
